Kira Day, ccp

Kira Day is the founder and Head Coach of The Passion Centre. First, she would like to thank you for visiting this site, and taking the time to understand this Mission. It is one that she is deeply connected to, and is a reflection of her own personal passion.

For the past 15 years Kira has worked for some of Canada’s top Global Fortune 100 Companies. Working with some of the largest organizations in both Canada and the US, she has set and executed corporate strategies that have led to the growth of company profits by strategically selling solutions to other leading organizations from various verticals. From healthcare to technology, Kira has helped her organizations bring innovative and pioneering solutions to market.

The corporate world has taught Kira a myriad of lessons in her journey, but the one that has impacted her the most has been the conversation around Passion and its role in helping people stay authentic, achieve greatness and find fulfilment in their roles.

This lead Kira to do a deep and intensive side study on Passions, the role of Passions and how we can build sustainable positive relationships with it. From this The Passion Centre was born.

Kira started her career at Bell Mobility, Canada's leading telecommunications organization, and from there held various positions at Canon Canada, moving onto a Regional Sales Manager role at Amico Group of Companies. Her most current assignment is National Sales Manager working for Samsung Electronics Canada. While at Samsung Electronics Canada, Kira was recognized as a high potential and was put into the Woman's Executive Network (WXN) program. In this program Kira was assigned a mentor from one of Canada's Top 100 female professionals. Kira was mentee to Rhiannon Trail, President and CEO of The Economic Club of Canada. Kira was also put into the Women in Leadership program at Samsung where she works with Christine Lapierrier, Executive Director, Women of Influence Advancement Centre.

In her spare time Kira enjoys traveling the world, reading, spending time with her husband and friends, and being outdoors (preferably in nature).
